In this vast property which has two entrances, one - "Claro de Luna" (used to be a paladar) - sea side and the other at the street end a block away. Candida, a retired chemical engineer, writer and poet rents since the beginning of 2011 an independent space facing the sea. The place has a private entrance, hall, garden, lounge, bedroom with private bathroom. Everything is furnished with modern bamboo furniture. Candida lives with her grand-daughter, her daughter working outside the town. The property covers the block and covers, with its six bedrooms some 537 square meters.
