	Casa located south of town center - easy transport into town centre with carriage or taxi-bicycle or on foot, (a 20-min. walk). Marilyn, who speaks English, offers rental bikes. Casa Marylin is a beautiful newly renovated colonial style casa particular. Marylin, who speaks good English, has many years of experience in tourism and will tend to your itinerary in Matanzas. The beautiful guest rooms are on the 2nd floor and they each have their own spacious private bathroom. There is a terrace on both sides nicely decorated with plants and flowers; private entrance with a free gated car park on the property; exclusive taxi service. The casa is located just off the center of town, and very close to the central bus station (Astro and Viazul). It is a safe and quiet neighbourhood and the house is secure. Rates : 20-25cuc depending on season. Very friendly, private bungalow, rooftop This casa was one of our favorites. Adel was really nice although they had to struggle with their kid who was staying in hospital. He helped us with organization of transports, trips, etc. High privacy because of the private bungalow with a private bathroom -there was enough room for everything.
