"Yvan and his aunt welcome guests in their house built in 1948, a B & B opened in 2011, just a few blocks or 5 minutes walk from the city center. "They offer comfort, privacy and unique holiday. Both bedrooms for rent are equipped with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom, TV, minibar. " The owner Yvan speaks good English, perfect French, has lived in France, has worked in a Gibara hotel and is a very attentive host Rates : 20 CUC per bedroom per night; breakfast 4cuc per person; good local dinner dishes for 6 CUC. |

"Perfect ending to an amazing trip! Located in a quiet street only a few minutes' walk away from the center of Holguin, El Balcon was the perfect ending to our trip. The owners, Iván and Eudelia, were super kind and made every effort to make us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable and equipped with A/C, a mini-fridge and a private bathroom.
