 Although relatively off the town centre, this casa is attractive in that it offers travelers the intimacy of one bedroom and a large terrace, all exclusive. |
One gets up there by going through an independent entrance on the street. Once up the stairs, the very large terrace opens south with a bevy of hanging flowers. The views are opposite the sea, in the hills behind Baracoa, an unusual and peaceful view. On the casa side, a large dining and living area and in the back, the large aircon bedroom (occupied when we went by in Feb 2013) with its ensuite bath, a fridge and a tv set. The owner, born here, is back home having worked for a long time for the authorities in La Habana. |
